This course provides 70 hours of instruction in principles of real estate which is the required course of study for the salesperson licensing examination in Montana. Topics include real estate and Montana license law, property ownership, encumbrances, legal descriptions, transfer of title, closing, contracts, agency, antitrust, valuation, finance, real estate math, property management/leasing, fair housing, and environmental risks and health issues.
